The EU-27, ranked on data center readiness across eleven dimensions: grid capacity and reliability, interconnection, electricity cost, state aid, community receptiveness, regulatory complexity, digital infrastructure, water stress, natural-hazard exposure and workforce.
How to read this table. The first column is the Data Center Readiness composite rank, 1 (highest readiness) through 27, across the EU-27, computed over eleven dimensions of the operating environment. Each dimension column is the country's 0–100 score, where 100 is best in Europe on that dimension. Dimensions are weighted in the composite, but every dimension matters: a country can lead the composite while ranking mid-table on any single column. See the methodology view for the full breakdown.
Methodology: A composite of eleven dimensions, each scored 0–100, combined into a rank-based composite (1 = most ready) with a geometric-mean composite reported as a robustness check. Click any column header to sort.
