State Rankings

How to read this table. The first column is the Data Center Readiness Index composite rank, 1 (highest readiness) through 50, computed across nine dimensions. Each dimension column is the state's 0–100 score, where 100 means best in the country on that dimension. Dimensions are weighted differently in the composite, but every dimension matters: a state can lead the composite while ranking middle on any single column. States flagged as insufficient data are missing enough indicators that we don't publish a composite position for them. See the methodology view for the full breakdown.
