How to read this table. The first column is the Data Center Readiness Index composite rank, 1 (highest readiness) through 50, computed across nine dimensions. Each dimension column is the state's 0-100 score, where 100 means best in the country on that dimension. Dimensions are weighted differently in the composite, but every dimension matters: a state can lead the composite while ranking middle on any single column. States flagged as insufficient data are missing enough indicators that we don't publish a composite position for them. See the methodology view for the full breakdown.
